Double‑Wing Expandable Container House
The double‑wing expandable container house is a high‑end modular prefabricated building. It has a fixed main cabin in the middle, with two foldable “wing” boxes on left and right sides that can be unfolded outwards on‑site.
Working Principle
Transport Folded Status: Two side wings fold inward. The whole unit keeps standard container width, directly loaded into 40HQ container for sea shipment. No over‑size cargo transport required, greatly saving ocean freight cost.
On‑site Unfolding: After delivery to site, workers or simple crane push two side wings outward and lock firmly. Usable area expands 2‑3 times. Only 2‑4 workers finish installation within dozens of minutes, no wet construction work needed.
